Transportation
  Zibo is a pivotal traffic city of Shandong Province, transportation by air,  sea and land are very convenient.
  Zibo New & High-tech Industrial Development Zone is 80 kilometers away from Jinan International Airport and 210 kilometers away from Qingdao International Airport from where you can fly directly to countries and regions such as Korea, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Zibo is 280 kilometers away from Qingdao Port. Non-transfer intercostal trade is realized between Zibo New & Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone and Qingdao Customhouse.
  Local railways in Zibo are part of the national railway system and its total length is 558 kilometers. There are three railway goods yards in the Zone. Jiao-Ji and Bin-Lai highways meet in the zone and connect with Beijing-Shanghai Highway and Beijing-Fuzhou Highway. All these highways form a comprehensive traffic network to reach all main cities in the area of Huadong and Bohai Gulf. The transportation cost is very reasonable and may implement floating prices for the transportation of large quantity of goods.
Communications
  Zibo is the largest postal treatment center and telecommunications pivot in Central Shandong Province. The total capacity of telephone switchboards for the entire city is 1.3 million, and 100M optical fiber broadband networks have been constructed throughout the Zone.
Electricity
  Medium-sized power plants such as Zibo Thermoelectricity Co., Ltd，Zibo Fushan Thermoelectricity Plant, and Qilu Acrylon Thermoelectricity Plant are inside the Zone with a total installation capacity of 337 MW. We have one 220KV electricity distribution, and also have three 110KV electricity distributions. The total electricity distribution is　28,000 KVA in the Zone, the total power supply amount is 733 million KWH. We have equipped 25 public 10 kV electricity transmission lines and 12 user-exclusive lines. The total length of 10KV electricity transmission lines is 176.89 km. The price of electricity is 0.45 - 0.55 RMB/kWh

Water Supply
  The daily capacity of water supply in the New & High-tech Industrial Development Zone is 300,000 m3, and the capacity of underground water is 70,000 m3 in the Zone. Moreover, there are 30,000 m3/day of recyclable sewage per day. The price of industrial water is 3.135 RMB/m3.

Heating power supply
  There is sufficient supply of industrial and civil heat sources in the Zone, supplemented by a comprehensive piping network. The total heat supply capacity is 327 t/h, and the normal pressure of the steam is 0.8 – 1.1 MPa, implementing floating prices according to different levels of consumption.

Supply of fuel gas
  Industrial and living fuel gases are mainly composed of three parts, namely piping gas, petroleum, and natural gas, with 80,000 m3/day of carbonized gasand 2200 m3 of ordinary reserve of petroleum. The zone is also equipped with two natural gas transmission pipelines. The annual gas supply capacity has exceeded 300 million m3. The prices for various types of fuel gas are reasonable and inexpensive.

Sewage treatment
  A biological and chemical sewage treatment plant with daily capacity of 250,000  tons can treat various types of living sewage and ordinary industrial wastewater. COD and BOD of treated wastewater both meet the national discharge standards. Moreover, 30 thousand m3/day of recycled water with three levels of in-depth treatment can be provided.

Transfer station of international containers
  There is an international container station with annual throughput of 30,000 standard containers in the Zone that has already realized “one station link” with Qingdao Port.

Standard plants
To facilitate new investment the New & High-Tech Industrial Development Zone has already finished construction of 200,000square meters of industrial standard workshops, which can be leased by different projects entering the Zone. The rent is quite low, These workshops can also be designed according to the investors’ requirements .
